Unlike typical "invention" organizations which do not focus solely on hunting and fishing, our organization differentiates itself in the following areas:

The new idea application is compared to already existing ideas and if the idea is already being managed by us, we will decline the idea and prove the idea is already underway prior to your submission to ensure there is no concern around having an idea stolen
For ideas which are new, HuntSmarter.com will accept the application and offer services at discounted rates from industry standards to bring your idea to market in the most affordable and simply way possible
Once your idea is accepted as a "New" idea which has not already been established with a patent pending through us, we will offer a variety of services at discounted costs to the inventor with the end state goal of having your product accepted by the hunting community and ultimately the possibility of being accepted for sale in one of the leading hunting retail distributors like Cabelas, Bass Pro Shops, Gander Mountain, or others. After the NDA is established, submit your idea via an application to check if HuntSmarter.com can represent your idea without overlap of another
After accepted, HuntSmarter can assist you with the following for a nominal fee:
- Drawings for your idea / patent filings
